What is the New England Products Trade Show?

This business-to-business wholesale trade show is an annual event featuring a juried selection of giftware, home furnishings and specialty food from Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Our Vision

Giraffe Events seeks to create the strongest regional giftware show in the nation — a juried show that presents the finest New England-made products possible.

To that end, we seek to:
  • Provide a primary showcase for New England-made businesses
  • Stay true to the show roots of economic development for emerging businesses
  • Provide an opportunity for a significant source of revenue and networking for participants

History

The show originated as the Maine Products Trade Show conceived and launched by the Maine Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) in 1985. In later years, manufacturers from New Hampshire and Vermont joined the show. In 2000, the show transitioned to a new phase of growth with the Maine Products Marketing Program (of the Department of Economic and Community Development) collaboration with Giraffe Events.

In 2002, Giraffe Events assumed ownership of the event, going forward with the full endorsement of the Maine Products Marketing Program (of the Department of Economic and Community Development) and in association with the Maine SBDC.
